Writers, exercise your lower back!

Most writers suffer from chronicle back pain and who can blame us? We sit in front of a computer countless hours. We seldom exercise (I know I don’t) and weak muscles do increase back pain and the risk of a serious injury.

After feeling acute back pain for a couple of days in a row, I decided to search the web for lower-back stretching exercises:
